Employees are a companies most important asset and like any other business asset, in order to get the best output, businesses have to ensure they continually invest in their people.
Williams HR Solutions offer a range of services to assist companies with the management and development of their employees. Our HR services are primarily aimed at those businesses who recognise the importance of HR but don't necessarily want the costs involved with employing a HR team. Our learning and development solutions however are aimed at all businesses who wish to invest in the development of their workforce.

On-Call Advice
Some businesses only need advice every now and then, for example when they are taking on a new member of staff or having issues managing a particular employee. Our 'on-call' services are ideal for those companies. A qualified HR consultant will be available during business hours should you need them. Advice can usually be given over the telephone.
Our HR Consultants are also available for callouts should the business require this (for example, to attend disciplinary hearings or interviews).
Full HR Outsourcing
For businesses experiencing a higher level of HR activity we offer full HR outsourcing. This means that the business has a HR Consultant assigned to them for all their HR requirements ranging from conducting interviews, to managing absence and employee turnover. Having an external, impartial HR Consultant is often desirable to those who want the peace of mind that goes with knowing that everything is being managed in line with the law.

For an employer, the benefits of developing employees are significant. A well-trained workforce can bring new levels of efficiency to a business and increase levels of customer satisfaction. If a workforce is motivated and efficient, and customers are happier, it’ll have an extremely positive impact on the bottom line.
Williams HR offer bespoke training solutions designed specifically for different businesses. The area of training depends on the nature of the business, however the most popular areas include:
- Time Management
- Customer Services / Sales
- HR/Legal
- Presentations
- Coaching / Management Skills
- Health & Safety
- Marketing Skills, Social Media & Communications
- Interview Skills
This list is not exhaustive and Williams HR are able to deliver solutions in almost any area.
Williams HR use a network of qualified and experienced trainers to deliver courses in the areas listed above and more. Our trainers are qualified in conducting training needs analysis to ensure the right training is delivered and in evaluation, to ensure businesses are seeing a return on investment.

Training is just one solution to developing employees and is often used for 'front-line' teams e.g. those who are speaking directly with customers or suppliers. The most effective way to get a return on investment from training is to ensure the management team within the business is equipped to embed that learning once it has taken place.
Williams HR offer several different solutions in management development ranging from one-day coaching courses and taster sessions through to extensive management development programs spread out over several weeks and months.
We encourage clients to opt for our 'open sessions' where people from different businesses can all come together to share their experiences and challenges in a supportive learning environment. Delegates are given practical exercises to work on between sessions to embed their learning even further.
Often, both training and management development can be developed into one program, where front-line teams get development and managers learn how to embed the very learning their teams have undertaken.
Our Management Development programs are delivered by qualified and experienced learning professionals who work with businesses to understand the current level of their management and what interventions are required in order to move things forward.
