Williams Specialist Solutions was created in 2009 to fulfill a growing demand from new and existing clients for a bespoke approach to their resourcing needs, whether that be retained search and selection all the way through to RPO/Master Vendor arrangements.
Your background will be firmly rooted in a specialist niche area, whether that is Oil, Gas, Geotechnical, Engineering, Defense, IT, Pharmaceutical or any other specialist sector. Applications will also be considered from people with an Executive background e.g. Director and/or Senior Management level recruitment.
The opportunity to develop your own profit & loss is well within the reach of aspiring recruiters and we will actively encourage you to identify talented individuals who you feel should form part of your team.

Workforce Solutions is a new division created for 2010 that will focus on high volume temporary staffing solutions and generic permanent placements such as contact centre, administrative, CNC operatives, etc.
Your experience of handling large scale-staffing contracts will put you in good stead for this role and as with all our recruiters, you will have the autonomy to engage with clients that best fit the business you are trying to grow.

To work in our recruitment divisions you will have a strong and loyal client base and the business acumen to make commercial decisions that are in the best interests of the business.
